1. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure scheduling, labor allocation, and materials.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
The client agrees that cancellation, rescheduling, change of mind, or failure to show does
not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
2. VEHICLE CONDITION & GENERAL LIABILITY
The client acknowledges that vehicle disassembly and installation processes involve inherent risk, especially on older or previously repaired vehicles.
Trill Wrapz is NOT responsible for:
- Broken or weakened clips, fasteners, brackets, or mounting hardware
- Brittle or aged trim, moldings, panels, or interior components
- Pre-existing damage becoming more visible during or after service
- Prior repairs, repainting, aftermarket parts, or improper previous work
- Electrical issues of any kind (window regulators, switches, wiring, sensors, etc.)
- Door handle mechanisms, window components, or internal assemblies that fail during or after service
All repairs or replacement parts required are the sole responsibility of the client.
3. RUBBER SEALS, GASKETS & WEATHER STRIPPING
Rubber components are explicitly acknowledged as high-risk, especially on older vehicles.
The client agrees:
- These components commonly suffer from dry rot, brittleness, shrinkage, or prior damage
- During normal installation (cleaning, prep, and tucking material), these parts may distort, tear, separate, or appear to “melt” due to pre-existing condition
The client expressly agrees that:
- This is NOT caused by negligence or excessive heat from Trill Wrapz
- Trill Wrapz is authorized to manipulate, lift, and work around these components as necessary
- If required for proper installation, trimming, cutting, or modifying seals may be performed
Trill Wrapz is NOT liable for any cosmetic or functional changes to these components.
Replacement is the
client’s responsibility.
VINYL WRAP SERVICES – ADDITIONAL TERMS
4. PAINT CONDITION DISCLAIMER
Vinyl wrap adhesion depends entirely on paint quality.
The client acknowledges:
- Repainted panels, bodywork, or failing clear coat may cause lifting, peeling, or paint removal
- Removal of vinyl may pull paint if the surface is not OEM or properly bonded
Trill Wrapz is NOT responsible for paint damage under any circumstances, including during installation or removal.
5. INSTALLATION LIMITATIONSDue to vehicle design and condition:
- Not all edges can be fully wrapped or hidden
- Seams, inlays, or minor imperfections may be necessary
- Complex areas (bumpers, handles, deep recesses) may not achieve 100% coverage
This is considered industry standard, not a defect.
6. POST-INSTALL CARE & LIABILITYThe client agrees:
- Not to wash the vehicle for 5–7 days after installation
- Improper care may result in lifting or failure
Trill Wrapz is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pressure washing, automatic car washes, or neglect
- Environmental exposure or misuse

7. TINT INSTALLATION RISKS
The client acknowledges:
- Tint installation may require removal or manipulation of door panels and components
- Older vehicles are at higher risk for component failure during or after service
Trill Wrapz is NOT responsible for:
- Scratches on pre-existing worn glass
- Contamination between film and glass due to aging seals
- Electronic or mechanical failures (locks, windows, sensors)
8. REAR WINDOW / DEFROSTER DISCLAIMER
The client acknowledges:
- Rear defroster lines are fragile and may be damaged, especially during tint removal
- Older or previously tinted vehicles are at higher risk
Trill Wrapz is NOT responsible for defroster damage under any circumstances.
9. TINT IMPERFECTIONS
The client understands:
- Minor dust particles, light distortion, or small imperfections are normal and unavoidable
- This does not qualify as defective work
- Trill Wrapz is not responsible for Glass chipping on frameless windows
10. PAYMENT TERMS
- Full payment is due upon completion before vehicle release
- Vehicles not picked up within 3 days may incur storage fees of $150 per day
11. ABANDONED VEHICLES
Vehicles left beyond 10 days without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to additional fees or legal action.
12. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
Trill Wrapz may use photos/videos of the vehicle for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Trill Wrapz be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of time, income, or vehicle use
14. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing, the client confirms they:
- Have read and fully understand this agreement
- Accept all risks outlined above
- Agree to all terms without exception
15. Warranty
• Trill Wrapz provides a 90-Day Installation Warranty covering installation-related defects such as lifting, peeling, edge failure, or excessive wrinkling caused by workmanship.
• Minor bubbling that may occur during the curing process is normal and typically resolves on its own. Bubbling caused by environmental factors, substrate irregularities, or improper vehicle conditions is not covered.
• All vinyl wrap, window tint, PPF, and ceramic coating materials are additionally backed by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may include a limited lifetime warranty depending on the product installed.
• This warranty does not cover accidental damage, road debris, rock chips, vandalism, improper care, pressure washing, automatic car washes, chemical damage, normal wear and tear, or modifications performed by anyone other than Trill Wrapz.
• To submit a warranty claim, customers must notify Trill Wrapz within the warranty period and provide photos and a description of the issue. The vehicle must be made available for inspection before any warranty work is approved.
• Any repairs, alterations, or removals performed by a third party without written authorization from Trill Wrapz will void this installation warranty.
